Vacuum ultraviolet spectrometer McPherson VUVAS 1000 (VUVAS)
Guarantor:
Alois Nebojsa
Instrument status:
Operational, 26.1.2021 15:29, D2 lamp connector reinstalled
Equipment placement:
CEITEC Nano - C1.21
VUV spectrometer measures reflectivity, transmissivity and scattering in 115-200 nm (6-10.7 electronvolt) spectral range, beyond capabilities of any other instrument within the research infrastructure. This part of the spectrum can be extremely valuable for e.g. studies of polymers or nanostructured layers.
