Nikon Nano - optical microscope ISO 5 -
Hands-on training for the Nikon optical microscope in the nanofabrication cleanroom. Meeting point at the microscope, bring your typical sample.
An optical microscope with a motorized turret for at least five objectives (a total of six objectives available: 1×, 5×, 10×, 20×, 50×, and 100×), featuring a stage with automatic movement along the X, Y, and Z axes with a travel range of 150 × 150 mm, and a rotating holder for 6´ and 4´ wafers and masks, a digital camera, and control software. Equipped with contrast methods BF, DF, DIC, and POL.
