ENRIS Symposium 2025: Look back
Advancing Nanofabrication Together in Bologna
The 4th edition of the European Symposium on Nanofabrication Research Infrastructure (ENRIS 2025) took place from May 13–15, 2025, in the beautiful and historic city of Bologna, Italy. This year’s symposium was jointly organised by It-fab, the Italian Network of Nano- and Microfabrication, and brought together experts and practitioners from across Europe and beyond to share insights, best practices, and the latest innovations in nanofabrication research infrastructure.
Hosted in the heart of Bologna, the event offered a rich blend of technical sessions, hands-on discussions, and collaborative networking opportunities, all aimed at advancing the operation, management, and training within cleanroom environments. https://enris2025.org/conference-gallery/
ENRIS, a biannual international symposium organised by EuroNanoLab, continues to serve as a vital forum for cleanroom managers, technical staff, and researchers to exchange knowledge and foster stronger collaboration across Europe’s nanofabrication infrastructure.
As always, the ENRIS community thrives not only on its technical depth but also on its spirit of cooperation. Participants left Bologna inspired and better equipped to face future challenges and innovations in the field.
We’re already looking forward to continuing this momentum at the next edition of the symposium!
Save the date: ENRIS 2027 will take place in Brno, Czech Republic, on June 8–10, 2027.
