Nanofabrication and nanocharacterization cleanroom

CEITEC Nano’s largest cleanroom is located on the 1st floor of building "C". It is divided into two laboratories with different cleanliness levels and different working regimes. The nanofabrication laboratory (orange areas in the picture below) is a cleanroom class 100/1.000 and users must wear a full cleanroom suit, face mask, boots and two pairs of gloves. The nanocharacterization laboratory (blue areas) is a cleanroom class 100.000 and users must wear cleanroom shoes and coat. The whole cleanroom can be viewed via windows from the cleanroom corridor (gray area).
