M4 TORNADO PLUS is a micro-XRF spectrometer capable of detecting and analyzing elements ranging from carbon to americium. The system is equipped with Rh and W X-ray tubes, a dual large-area silicon drift detector (SDD) with light-element window, and an additional aperture management system (AMS).
