High frequency MPI probe station for vector network analysis (VNA-MPI)

High frequency MPI probe station for vector network analysis

Guarantor:
Michal Urbánek, Ph.D.

Instrument status:
Operational Operational, 17.4.2024 09:32, Current and field measured by Hall probe in sample position I=10A, B=487 mT; I=1A, B=163 mT, I=2A, B=319 mT Callibration coefficient for Hall probe at one side with CPW in the magnet: coeff=-0.97

Equipment placement:
CEITEC Nano - C01.05

The probestation is designed to allow for high frequency characterization (up to 50 GHz) of four port devices as coplanar waveguides and antennas by the means of Rhode&Schwarz ZVA vector network analyzer. The device under test is contacted by a pair of high frequency pico-probes and can be placed to external magnetic field of 150 mT.
